A New Era for Beach Break Surf Adventures- The WEBLOG!

So we're blogging now. First, MySpace (which I deleted my account), then Facebook, Twitter, and, yes, now blogging. I can't believe it but, I'm doing it.

I will try and blog about the most recent happenings with Beach Break Surf Adventure and all that is around it... and hopefully put my own little twist on it. We want nothing but reports of good conditions and good times being had by all! If anyone has any comments or concerns about this whole blogging thing please contact me. I want this to be fun and amusing. Cheers, BBSA

Here's to our health!

Ok, so I think I had a sinus infection from run-off while out surfing.

Yeah, sounds pretty gross to me too. I've been really concentrating on taking better care of myself, and so now when I do get sick I take extreme notice of it. Our bodies are one of the, if not the most, complex system on this earth. Our bodies strive to put us in peak form, and mostly we abuse this, severely.

There are many ways to improve our health for the long haul and most of us ignore these key ways to a longer healthier life. We must eat properly, exercise, and surround ourselves with positive people and atmospheres. So when disease does enter into our bodies we are able to fight it off and get back to good health more quickly.

To all of us, get out there and start leading a life to good health. The benefits are amazing! As a person you become happier and more energetic and the people around you will follow. Analyze your diet and living habits and see where your body can take you. It will take you as far as you would like to go.

And Fall is upon us

Hello all,

This is a wonderful time of year to be on the Outer Banks. Waves galore, beautiful weather, not so many tourists, and as locals we finally get to go out to the restaurants and bars and enjoy them thoroughly. May I suggest a locally owned business, because the chains just don't cut it. As many of the long time locals and long time visitors know the Outer Banks has grown, a lot. I'm not criticizing the success of the chain(because they do well), but our local businesses need our support. Get out there, get some waves, work up an appetite and go to a local restaurant and shop. Support the Outer Banks community, think about where you eat, sleep, and shop...
